Dear Water Customer: The time of year has arrived whereby customers should increase their awareness of water conservation and the most efficient use of water. In compliance with the Drought Contingency Plan adopted by Crystal Systems Texas, Inc. Stage I – Customer Awareness will be in effect as of April 1st and will continue through September 30th. Under Stage I, water customers are requested to voluntarily limit the use of water for non-essential purposes and to practice water conservation.
